  1. 2 pounds fresh, boneless swordfish steak about 1 inch thick - cut into 4 pieces

  2. - 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, peeled and diced

  5. - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine

  6. - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine

  7. - 1/3 cup red onion, chopped fine

  8. 4 ounces green chilies, diced or 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped fine

  9. - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  10. - 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped fine

  11. - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice - squeezed from lime

  12. - 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

  13. - 1 teaspoon canola oil

  14. - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  15. salt and pepper to taste
