  2. 3 garlic cloves, peeled

  3. Extra-virgin olive oil , brands such as Catello di Ama or Capezzana or Da Vero

  4. Sea salt

  1. Toast the bread until golden; rub each slice of toast with the garlic immediately upon removing it from the oven. Drizzle each slice with the extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
