  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 1 lb. linguine

  3. 1 oz. butter

  4. Salt

  5. SEAFOOD:

  6. 4 oz. mussel meat

  7. 6 oz. chopped clams (cooked & drained)

  8. 10 oz. raw scallops

  9. 12 oz. raw peeled shrimp

  10. SAUCE:

  11. 4 oz. olive oil

  12. 4 oz. dry cooking wine

  13. 8 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped

  14. Salt & pepper

  15. 2 dashes soy sauce

  16. 16 oz. heavy cream

  17. 10 minutes, or until seafood is done and dish has a creamy consistency. Serve immediately. Serves

  18. 4 1st course,

  19. 6-8 appetizer servings.

  20. Seafood may be varied to personal taste (e.g. shrimp only, approx. 2 pounds may be used.)
