  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Flounder

  2. 6 tablespoons 90ml Butter - melted

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Onions - browned, chopped

  4. 1 Garlic clove - mince/browned

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parsley

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Wine - dry white

  7. 1 Lemon - juice of

  8. Salt and pepper to taste

  9. Flour

  1. Place fish in baking dish or pan. Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter. When brown, add parsley, wine and lemon juice. Blend sauce. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour. Bake covered 10 minutes at 375F Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine. Bake (ten minutes more or until done to taste.
