  1. 1 c Raisins

  2. 1/2 c Dark rum

  3. 2 1/2 c Granulated sugar

  4. 1/2 c Butter

  5. 1 c Evaporated milk

  6. 1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme

  7. 2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  8. 1/2 c Chopped pecans

  9. 1 t Rum extract

  10. 238 degress on a candy thermometer, about 5 minutes
