  4. 3 tbsp. lemon juice

  5. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  1. Slice florets in 1/2 lengthwise. Steam until crisp-tender. Melt butter with lemon juice and garlic in a small saucepan. Pour over broccoli and serve immediately.
