  1. Baked Chicken

  2. 1/4 cup Vermouth

  3. 1/8 cup oil

  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

  6. 1 whole roasting chicken

  7. Mix Vermouth, and onion and salt, warm on stove. Bake chicken:

  8. 1 1/2 to 2 pounds :

  9. 3/4 to 1 hour

  10. 2 to 2 1/2 pounds :

  11. 1 to 1 1/4 hours

  12. 2 2/1 to 3 pounds :

  13. 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours

  14. Bake at 375F. Baste chicken every so often with Vermouth mixture.
