  1. 3 cups iceberg lettuce

  2. 1 cup frozen green peas -- thawed

  3. 1/4 cup chopped onions

  4. 1/2 cup chopped celery

  5. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

  6. 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  7. 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

  8. 2 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese -- grated

  9. 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained well, crumbled

  10. 2 medium hard-boiled eggs -- sliced

  1. Preparation : In a medium glass bowl, layer lettuce and other vegetables. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and mayonnaise and spread on the top layer. Top with cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or more.
