  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Crushed red pepper flakes

  5. 3 oz 85g Macadamia nuts - (abt 1/2 cup)

  6. 1 Lime - juiced

  7. 1 cup 16g / 0.6oz Cilantro leaves

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Extra-virgin olive oil

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coarse salt

  10. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spaghetti - cooked al dente

  11. 1/2 cup 118ml Pasta water reserved

  1. Place first 8 ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth, then add the pasta water. Toss with hot pasta, adjust seasonings, then serve immediately.
