  2. Chana Daal seeds 2 tbsp.

  3. Coriander Seeds 4 tbsp.

  4. Red Chillies 4-5

  5. L.G. 1 tsp.

  6. Coconut (grated) 3 tbsp.

  7. Oil 3 tbsp.

  8. Masala

  1. [1] Roast methi, chana daal, and hing.

  2. [2] Add chillies when daal starts getting red.

  3. [3] If using dry coconut, soak it in a little water and blend the daal mixture and coconut until the paste is fine. Keep aside.
