  1. 3 cups 120g / 4 1/5oz Spinach leaves - (packed) - triple washed,

  2. Stemmed, and patted dry

  3. 1 1/2 cups 60g / 2.1oz Basil leaves - (packed) - washed well,

  4. 3/4 cup 30g / 1.1oz Parsley leaves - (packed) - washed well,

  5. And patted dry

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Water

  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Nutritional yeast flakes

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Minced garlic

  1. In a blender or food processor, place all of the ingredients and puree until smooth. Add additional water, if necessary, to thin the puree so that it will drizzle off the end of a spoon.

  2. Use to add color and flavor to soups, grains, pasta, or vegetables.

  3. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
