  1. 1 whole fryer chicken, cut into pieces

  2. 1/2 cup butter, melted

  3. 1/2 cup honey

  4. 1 tablespoon dry mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  6. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C).

  2. Place chicken pieces in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, skin side up.

  3. Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and curry powder. Pour mixture over the chicken.

  4. Bake for 70 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings, or until the chicken is nicely browned and the juices run clear.
