  1. 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Caribbean Citrus Blend

  2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  3. 2 sweet potatoes, medium size, cut into 8 wedges each 3 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil.

  2. Toss in sweet potatoes and brown on all sides for 1 minute. Remove to a plate.

  3. Add remaining olive oil and brown chicken on both sides. Return sweet potatoes to pan and sprinkle all with Mrs. Dash® Caribbean Citrus Blend. Cook 3 minutes, toss and serve.
