  2. 1 10 ounce bo frozen cauliflower

  3. 1 10 ounce bo frozen broccoli

  4. 2 tablespoons margarine

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons flour

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 2 cups hot milk

  10. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  11. 1 2 ounces jar chopped pimentos -- drained

  12. 3/4 cup graded cheddar cheese

  13. 10 soda crackers -- crushed

  1. Cook frozen vegetables as package directs. Drain; put into a greased 2 quart casserole. Melt margarine over low heat, stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Stir over low heat until thickened. Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. NOTE: This can be make ahead and frozen. Remove from freezer day before baking. Good side dish for holidays.
