  4. 1 teaspoon drained small capers

  5. 1 teaspoon paprika

  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice or to taste

  7. 6 ounces smoked salmon

  8. 5-6 ounces unsalted kettle-style potato chips Dill sprigs for garnish, optional

  1. Mash together the cream cheese, dill, scallions, capers, paprika, and lemon juice. Chill the mixture for at least two hours and up to a day. Bring it to room temperature before using.
