  1. 1 lb sirloin steak

  2. 3 medium tomatoes

  3. 2 onions

  4. 1 green bell pepper

  5. 12 pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

  6. 1 tablespoon molasses

  7. 4 tablespoons pineapple juice

  8. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon oil

  10. 1 garlic clove , minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Make the marinade; put the molasses, pineapple juice, vinegar, and oil in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and add the marinade. Cover and leave in a cool places for at least one hour.

  4. Remove the steak and reserve the marinade for basting the kebabs.

  5. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, 6 Peel the onions and cut them into small chunks.

  10. Serve with plain rice, or coconut rice.
