  1. 1 1/2 cup Snow Peas

  2. 1 pound Vermicelli

  3. 1 Red Pepper - sliced thin

  4. 6 ounces Cooked Shrimp

  5. 6 ounces Crab Meat

  6. 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Root - chopped

  7. 1 Clove Garlic - chopped

  8. 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

  9. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  11. 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

  12. 3 teaspoons Vegetable Oil

  13. 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar

  1. Wash and trim snow peas. Blanch. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the vermicelli in boiling water. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Mix well and pour over pasta and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
