  1. 3/4 cup finely chopped onion

  2. 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon honey

  6. 1 minced garlic clove Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

  9. 1 teaspoon ground allspice

  10. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  12. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  13. 6 boneless chicken breast halves

  1. In a large zip-lock bag, combine the onion, grapefruit juice, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Keep aside1/3 cup of the mixture in the refrigerator. To the remaining mixture, add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight.
