  1. Preparation : Delight in the divergent flavors of luscious sweet and salty goodness. Procedure: Cut each slice of prosciutto lengthwise into 3 strips. Cut the 1/4 melon section into quarters. Cut the skin of the melon from each wedge, and cut each wedge in half. Wrap one strip of prosciutto around each piece of melon. Serve.
