  7. 213 g Canned pink Alaska salmon

  8. 1 md Onion -- finely chopped

  9. 50 g Fresh breadcrumbs

  10. 100 g Button mushrooms -- chopped

  11. 1 tb Parsley -- chopped

  12. 16 Cannelioni tubes

  13. 25 g Butter

  14. 25 g Plain flour

  15. 300 ml Skimmed milk

  16. 1 t Pesto

  17. 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated

  18. Drain can of salmon. Make juice up to 300ml / 1/2 pint

  19. with water. Mash fish, onion, breadcrumbs, mushrooms

  20. and parsley. Fill each cannelloni roll. Lay in a

  21. microwave proof dish.

  22. Melt butter and stir in flour Cook for 30 seconds on

  23. HIGH POWER. Beat fish stock and milk into flour

  24. 150ml / 1/4 pint at a time. Cook for 1 minute

  25. between additions. Whisk well. Add pesto and 75g / 3oz

  26. of cheese. Pour over cannelloni. Sprinkle with

  27. remaining cheese and cover. Cook on MEDIUM POWER for 25 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
