  5. 1/4 Cup light brown sugar

  8. 2 eggs

  9. 2/3 Cup evaporated milk -- undiluted

  10. 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  11. 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

  12. 1/8 Teaspoon ground nutmeg

  13. Topping)

  14. 2 Cups sour cream -- room temp.

  15. 1/3 Cup granulated sugar

  16. 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat insweet potatoes,eggs and milk. Add cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat well.

  2. Pour into crust.

  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until edge sets.

  4. To fix topping, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread overwarm cheesecake.

  5. Return to 350 degree over and bake 5 more minutes. Cool on wirerack. Chill forseveral hours or over night.
