  1. 16 ounce bag frozen broccoli , carrots, & cauliflower

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 1 cup club cracker s

  4. 1 pound American cheese

  1. Cut cheese in cubes and melt in 14 cup butter in a sauce pan. Heat till melted and smooth. Place thawed and drained vegetables in a 1 qt. casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over veggies and mix well. Melt remaining butter and mix cracker crumbs in stir well. Sprinkle cracker mixture over top of vegetables. Bake 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
