  3. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  5. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -- low sodium

  6. 2 tablespoons allspice berries -- whole

  8. -- cut in half 2 teaspoons salt

  9. 1 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  11. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  12. 8 large boneless skinless chicken

  13. breast halves

  1. Coarsely puree first 10 ingredients in processor. Pour puree into large bowl. Add chicken breasts; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  2. Prepare grill (medium heat). Remove chicken from marinade.

  3. Grill chicken until cooked through, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.

  4. Transfer to plates and serve.
