  1. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  3. 1/4 cup apple juice

  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  5. 2 tablespoons dried minced onion

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  8. 1 dash garlic powder and pepper

  9. 2 turkey tenderloins

  1. Preparation : In a large resealable bag or shallow glass dish, combine the soy sauce, oil, apple juice, lemon juice, onion, vanilla, ginger, garlic powder and pepper. Add turkey; seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Discard marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over medium coals for 8-10 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
