  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1/2 onion, diced (I use 1 t. onion powder since we don't like onions.)

  3. 1/2 green pepper, diced

  4. 1 1/2 t. chili powder

  5. 1 1/2 T. brown sugar

  6. 1 t. garlic, minced

  7. 1 t. white vinegar

  8. 1 10-oz. can tomato sauce

  9. Salt to taste

  10. 5 minutes. Add other ingredients & simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns with shredded chedddar cheese.

  11. I usually double the recipe.
