  2. CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

  6. 1 stewing chicken

  7. 3 tblsp butter or margarine

  8. 6 celery ribs -- chopped

  9. 2 onions -- chopped

  10. 3 tblsp flour

  11. 1 cup milk

  12. 1/2 lb sharp Cheddar cheese -- grated

  13. 1 pint chicken broth

  14. 1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce

  15. salt and pepper to taste

  16. 1/2 lb uncooked spaghetti

  17. 1 small jar stuffed olives -- chopped or sliced

  18. Cook chicken in water until tender. Remove from bones and cut in large

  19. pieces. Reserve broth.

  20. Melt butter. Saute celery and onions until tender. Add flour and stir to

  21. form a smooth paste. Gradually add milk. Stir until thickened. Add

  22. cheese. Stir until melted. Add chicken broth and seasonings.

  23. Cook spaghetti in water for 3 minutes. Drain. Add to broth mixture and 1 hour. Mix in chicken and olives. Pour into a
