  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. 4 hamburger buns, split Red onion rings, if desired

  1. Preparation : Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except buns and onions. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center. Add buns to side of grill, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling. Serve patties on buns with grilled or raw onion rings.
