  7. 5 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate

  8. 3 cups powdered sugar

  9. 1/3 cup hot water

  10. 1 egg

  11. 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted -- softened

  12. Melt chocolate in caucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until

  13. smooth. Pour into mixer bowl. Add Sugar and water, all at once and blend

  14. well. Add egg and blend well. Blend in butter one tablesppon at a time

  15. beating thoroughly after each addition. If frosting is too thin to spread

  16. place in fridge until spreading consistancy is reached. Makes enough to

  17. 8 in or 9 in layer cakes or top bottom and 9x13 in. sheet cake or 10 in tube cake. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
