  1. 1 Egg

  2. 1 tablespoon Water

  3. 2 teaspoons Minced chives

  4. 1/4 cup Flour

  5. 1 cup Soft bread crumbs

  6. Lemon wedges

  7. 2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard

  8. 6 slices Cooked turkey, chicken or Roast beef or pork roast.

  9. Cooking oil

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Cut meat slices ¼" thick. Beat egg, mustard, water and chives together. Dredge meat slices in flour, dip in egg mixture, coat with crumbs. Fry meat slices in ¼" hot cooking oil in skillet until golden on both sides, turning once. Add more oil, if needed. Serve with lemon wedges.
