  1. 1 C. Peanutbutter - I like chunky

  2. 1 C. dry roasted edamame (soy beans)

  3. 3/4 C. dried cranberries (or raisins)

  4. 3 T. powdered sugar

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and store in the fridge. Enjoy :)
