    1. 1 lb Frankfurters

    2. 2 tb Butter or margarine, melted

    3. 2 tb Onion, minced

    4. 2 c Sauerkraut, drained

    5. 1/2 c Sour cream

    6. 1/2 ts Paprika

    7. 1 tb Parsley

    1. Servings: 4 Cut each frankfurter into 5 diagonal slices.

    2. In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and frankfurter slices in butter 5 minutes or until onion is tender and frankfurter slices slightly brown.

    3. Rinse sauerkraut under cold water, drain well.

    4. Add to frankfurters.

    5. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    6. Stir in sour cream and paprika.

    7. Serve garnished with parsley.
