  1. 1 package dry scalloped potato mix

  2. 453 g ground beef

  3. 448 g can whole tomatoes

  4. 1 cup sliced celery

  5. 1 1/2 cups water

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty potato slices from package into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, celery, water and sauce packet from potato mix. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Pour over potato slices and stir to combine. Cover and bake 55 minutes.
