  6. 2 1/2 c Flour, all purpose

  7. 1 t Baking powder

  8. 1/2 ts Cinnamon, ground

  9. 1/2 ts Nutmeg, ground

  10. 1 1/4 c Sugar, white

  11. 3/4 c Butter -- salted, softened

  12. 1/2 c Eggnog

  13. 1 t Vanilla extract

  14. 2 lg Egg yolks

  15. 1 tb Nutmeg, ground

  16. Preheat oven to 300F.

  17. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  18. mix well with a wire whisk and set aside.

  19. In a large bowl cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer to form

  20. a grainy paste. Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium

  21. speed until smooth.

  22. Add the flour mixture and beat at low speed just until combined. Do

  23. not overmix.

  24. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets, 1 inch apart.

  25. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until bottoms

  26. turn light brown. Transfer to cool, flat surface immediately with
