  1. 1 tbsp margarine

  2. 25 g onion, finely chopped

  3. 50 g wheat flour

  4. 150 ml of liquid milk

  5. 1/4 tsp pepper

  6. 1/2 tsp fine salt

  7. 125 g spinach leaves, steamed, chopped coarse

  8. 50 g minced meat

  9. 50 g cheddar cheese, cut into 1x1x4 cm 1 egg, shake off

  10. 75 g breadcrumbs oil for frying

  1. : 1. Heat margarine, saute the onion until wilted. Enter wheat flour, stir quickly, pour the milk little by little. Stir until dough is smooth.

  2. Add pepper and salt. Stir until smooth.

  3. Mix the spinach leaves and minced meat. Stir until smooth, remove from heat.

  4. Take one teaspoon of dough, then flattened. Put a piece of cheese in the center, roll back up to resemble a finger.

  5. Roll in the breadcrumbs, dip into beaten eggs. Roll again in the breadcrumbs. Do the same thing until the batter is out.

  6. Heat oil, fry spinach croquettes until cooked and brownish yellow. Remove, drain and serve in hot conditions.
