    1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Round steak - cut bite size

    2. 1 Au jus mix

    3. 3 cups 711ml Boiling water

    4. 1 Frozen noodles - (12 oz) - thawed

    1. Recipe Instructions Brown meat in a little oil. Drain. Put in crockpot. Dissolve au jus mix in the boiling water. Pour over meat. Cook on LOW 7 to 10 hours. About 1 hour before serving, turn to HIGH. Add the package of noodles which have thawed in the refrigerator all day. This recipe yields ?? servings.
