  1. 2 cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms

  2. 1/2 a Red Onion , sliced

  3. 1/2 tsp Mccormicks Salad Supreme Seasoning

  4. 2 Tbsp Beef (or Another Flavor) Broth

  5. 1/2 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar

  6. 2 Morningstar Veggie Burgers

  7. 2 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns

  8. a Little Light Mayo

  1. Saute the mushrooms and onions over low to medium heat in a pan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. You may need to re-spray the cooking spray to keep from sticking. When the mushrooms and onions are soft, stir in the Salad Supreme seasoning and the broth. Keep over low heat. Meanwhile follow the cooking directions for the stovetop for the burgers. When the burgers are almost done, spray the mushroom and onion mixture with cooking spray one more time and add the cheese. Move around until melted. Spread a bit of mayo on both sides of the buns. Put the burgers on the buns and layer half of the mushroom mixture on both burgers. Put on the tops and open wide! You'll need your plate to catch the drippings, but make sure and put it back on because you won't want to miss any of it!
