  1. 5 fl Low-fat natural yogurt Salt and Pepper

  2. 1 Garlic clove, peeled and crushed

  3. 2 inch length cucumber, peeled and chopped

  4. 1 tb Freshly chopped mint

  5. 1 tb Freshly chopped parsley Extra chopped mint, to garnish

  1. Drain off any liquid from the yogurt, place in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, except garnish, and mix well. Turn into a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with extrac chopped mint to serve. Source: Take a break
