  6. 2 ea egg yolk

  7. 1 t fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 t garlic puree

  9. 2 t mayonnaise

  10. 3 1/2 oz apple cider vinegar

  11. 1 1/2 t dried herbs de provence

  12. 1 1/2 t parsley

  13. 3 oz red wine vinegar

  14. 3 c salad oil

  15. 1/4 t salt

  16. 1/4 t ground white pepper

  17. combine mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise, vinegars,

  18. herbs, and parsley in a

  19. blender or food processor process briefly

  20. with machine running, add oil in a thin but steady stream

  21. process until thikckened

  22. season to taste with salt and white pepper

  23. use as a dressing for greens or a dip for vegetables --
