  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shrimp

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce/taste

  3. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Crab meat - fresh, flaked

  4. 1 Onion - chopped

  5. 1/2 Scallops - fresh

  6. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - chopped

  7. 1 Oysters - small

  8. 1 cup 237ml Potatoes - cooked and Mashed

  9. 1 Green pepper - chopped

  10. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Canned tomatoes

  11. 2 Eggs - beaten

  12. Cracker crumbs to cover

  13. Salt to taste

  14. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter or more

  15. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Red pepper or to taste

  1. Prepare all sea food and cook until tender, adding oysters last. Cook celery, onions, and pepper until tender and add to sea food with mashed potatoes, red pepper, salt and Worcestershire to taste.

  2. Add eggs with sufficient cracker crumbs to keep from being too moist. Fill ramekins or shells which have been buttered. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over and dot with butter. Bake 10 minutes in hot oven and serve with lemon garnish.
