  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shelled cooked medium shrimp

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Chili sauce

  3. 1 Hard-boiled egg

  4. 4 tablespoons 60ml Nonfat cream cheese

  5. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Minced celery

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Minced onion

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. Salt - to taste

  9. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  10. 4 tablespoons 60ml Minced fresh parsley

  1. Process all ingredients except the parsley in a food processor until they are finely chopped, but not like a paste. The mixture should still be somewhat chunky.

  2. Form the mixture into balls and roll in parsley. Place on a nonstick cookie sheet covered with wax paper and refrigerate overnight before serving.

  3. This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 2 pieces.
