  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade.

  2. Bake at 200C/400F hot oven for about 15 minutes. Turn and bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked. Brush with any remaining marinade and bake for 2 more minutes. Serve with saffron rice.

  3. * Spare ribs can also be grilled over hot charcoal until golden yellow and cooked.
