  1. 18 oz Graham crackers

  2. 3/4 c Peanuts; salted cocktail

  3. 4 ts Butter or margarine, melted

  4. 4 ts Sugar

  5. 1 qt Vanilla ice cream, softened

  6. 1/2 c Peanut butter; chunk-style

  7. Chopped salted cocktail pean

  8. -ts for garnish

  1. Assemble salad maker.

  2. Shred crackers and peanuts.

  3. Combine cracker crumbs, nuts, sugar and butter.

  4. Pat into 9" pie pan.

  5. Bake 8 minutes @ 375 degrees.

  6. Chill.

  7. Assemble mixer with large mixing bowl.

  8. Combine ice cream and peanut butter at # 4 speed until blended.

  9. Pour into pie crust.

  10. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

  11. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

  12. Yields: one 9" pie.
