  1. 1 large can sliced mushrooms, diced

  2. 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, drippings reserved

  3. 1 lb. sausage or ground pork

  4. 2 cups cooked rice

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the mushrooms in a small amount of bacon fat. Add sausage and sauté until cooked through. Add rice and sauté until heated through. Add cooked bacon, remove from heat and serve.
