  1. 1 Chicken cut up or 1 lb 454g / 16oz Boneless chicken breast

  2. Glaze

  3. 1 cup 237ml Bourbon whiskey

  4. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Dark brown sugar

  5. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml White vinegar

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lemon juice

  9. 3 Garlic minced

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  11. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine whiskey , sugar, ketchup, sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and brush chicken with thin coating of glaze and place on grill.

  2. Continue to baste while turning chicken.
