  1. 1 cup rice (I like Mahatma)

  2. 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced

  3. chicken bouillon (I like Knorrs powdered not squares)

  4. 1 small can tomato sauce

  5. 3 slices yellow onion

  6. 1/2 green pepper diced

  7. EVOO

  8. 1 and 1/2 cups water

  1. In a non stick pan heat 2-3 tbsp EVOO and saute rice til just golden Add the bouillon to the water to mix and add with remaining ingredients Cover and simmer for 20 minutes I find sometimes you need to add a little more water towards the end of cooking depending on the rice but this is a generally foolproof recipe.
