  1. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Curry powder

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Soy sauce

  4. 4 Bananas - peeled and halved

  5. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fish fillets

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  7. 3 Celery - sliced

  8. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  1. Mix together flour, curry powder, and soy sauce; coat bananas and fish with this; set aside. Heat oil in skillet. Stir-fry celery until crisp; set aside.

  2. Add butter to oil; saute bananas until golden, about 1 minute on each side. Sprinkle bananas with half of lemon juice; remove to serving dish.

  3. Saute fish in oil/butter mix until fish comes easily away on a fork, about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice. Place on serving dish with bananas. Spoon celery over fish.
