  1. Stir-fry pork in 1 tsp oil. Add onion, apple, carrot, water and Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in mango flesh and raisins lightly. Cook for about 5 more minutes until sauce thickens.
