  7. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  8. 3 cloves garlic

  9. 1 1/2 cups 2% milk

  10. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  11. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded

  12. 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  13. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated

  14. pinch saffron threads -- crushed

  15. 4 ounces bay Scallops

  16. 1/3 cup green onion -- sliced

  17. 1 tablespoon Capers -- drained

  18. 2 ounces Smoked salmon -- cut in strips

  19. 8 ounces Spinach Fettucini or other pasta -- cooked and drained

  20. Heat oil in a medium. saucepan over medium. heat. Add garlic and cook 30

  21. sec. Stir together milk and cornstarch; add to garlic. Cook and stir over

  22. medium.-low heat till thickened and bubbly. Add mozzarella cheese,

  23. Parmesan cheese, pepper, and saffron; stir till cheeses are melted and smooth.
