  1. 1/2 cup Date-Nut Granola (recipe) or your favorite granola

  2. 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt or low-fat (1%) cottage cheese

  3. 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

  4. 1/2 ripe banana, sliced

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Place half of granola in parfait glass or glass bowl. Top with half of yogurt. Arrange half of strawberries and the banana over yogurt. Top with remaining granola, yogurt and strawberries.
