  1. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  2. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Confectioners sugar

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Red liquid food coloring

  5. 1 cup 237ml Boiling water

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Unflavored gelatin

  7. 2/3 cup 157ml Candy cinnamon hearts

  8. 2 cups 474ml Whipping cream

  9. 2 cups 474ml Miniature marshmallows

  1. Whip the cream cheese, mayonnaise, confectioners sugar, and food coloring together Dissolve the gelatin and half the candy hearts in the boiling water. Cool. Blend into the cheese mixture. Chill but do not allow to set.

  2. Whip the cream and fold into the cheese mixture with the marshmallows Pour into a heart shape mold and freeze covered.

  3. Unmold by immersing pan in hot water. Turn out onto a serving platter. Sprinkle with the remaining candy hearts and marshmallows
